We collect this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to provide you with a quote for vehicle hire services. Enquiry emails are retained for a maximum of 12 months, after which they are deleted. If a hire agreement results from your enquiry, any data forming part of that agreement may be retained for the duration required by applicable UK law (typically 6 years for contractual records).
